website research

 First Website: https://www.artofthetitle.com

The first choice for a website to research title sequences was "Art of the Title." This website is an electronic archive dedicated to films, TV shows, and more. This is not an unpopular website too because they have over 400,000 readers a month and over 100,000 social media followers throughout all their accounts. The website is also run by a full time writer who designed newspapers, Lola Landekic. We chose this website because of its credibility and content. This website has information about title sequences and its original locations. It also shows the videos in perfect quality and demonstrates how the title sequences look like. Not only this, but they rank the best ones of the year for readers to see. The explanations behind these chosen title sequences. This involves multiple different genres like thriller or horror, or animation to show many examples of how bigger studios make them.

Second Website: https://www.watchthetitles.com/

The second choice for a website to research title sequences was "Watch the Titles!" This website is dedicated for the art of title designs and their creators. This website features over 200 title sequences archived through many types of genres. There is also many behind-the-scenes content and interviews featuring the ideas that came behind the title sequence. This website started as a collection of a few opening titles and had been worked on since 2004 all the way through 2019.  We chose this website because this allows us to see the ideas behind the title sequences. This is big because our team had no idea on what we could really do for our own title sequences. When we watch these interviews about the ideas behind the scenes, that could inspire our group for what we should do. We also chose this website because of the types of content it has. Not only does it have movies, but it also has different types or media like video games, TV shows, student projects, and event titles.
